Irina Smolko is a successful movie producer with a past in management consulting. Irina originally studied general and experimental psychology. At the beginning of 90s she co-founded the consulting company “Alt” (www.altrc.ru), specialized in management consulting and business and management research, which she managed for a long time. Now, after getting her second higher education in cinematography and film production, she is managing several projects, including fiction films (‘20 cigarettes’, www.20cigarettes.ru) and cartoons production. With Alt, for ten years she was responsible for organizing management conferences that brought together owners and CEOs of medium and large businesses in Russia for over 10 years.
