Kirill Razlogov – Culturologist and film critic. He graduated in History and Theory of Arts from Moscow State University (1969). He is author and anchorman of the TV program ” The Cult of Cinema ” on the channel “Culture”. Razlogov is author of 14 books and of about 600 scientific works on the history of art and cinema, discussing various aspect of culture. Since 1989 he is Director of the Russian institute of cultural science of the Ministry of culture of Russia and since 1999 is Director of programs of the Moscow International Film Festival, acting as Chairman of the selection commission in 2009.
