Alexander Galitsky – entrepreneur and investor, one of the founders of the venture capital fund Almaz Capital Partners, founder and president of the company “Elvis Plus”. Alexander Galitsky is the author of of numerous scientific works and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He is also an inventor, holding more than 30 patents, including in the field of digital technology and communication. He is a member of the Supervisory Council of World Technological Leaders, a Board member of  Parallels and PGP Inc., and was President of the conference Russian TechTour 2004.
